What if my skin is breaking out?
Been there. Done that.
Our products are designed to hydrate your skin while keeping those dreaded breakouts at bay. Make sure to double cleanse at night if you have been wearing makeup and always follow up with a facial oil or moisturiser. For the best results, try our Botanical Clay Mask 2-3 times a week as a great way to exfoliate your skin.
What if I have oily or dry skin?
Oily skin is often caused by an excessive production of oil from your sebaceous glands. This can largely be the result of dry skin which has been exposed to heavy cleansers and/or exfoliators. The lack of oil often means that your glands produce more than necessary to compensate for the dryness, leaving you now with oily skin.
Luckily for you, our Facial Oil includes hemp seed oil, jojoba oil and macadamia oil, all of which were chosen for their ability to hydrate the skin and regulate your skin's natural oil production. What's even better, it won't clog your pores.
As for dry skin, aside from giving you an incredible glow, our Facial Oil will deeply hydrate and restore without the sting that's often associated with moisturising over-exposed skin.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Using only the most natural and gentle ingredients, our products will have you feeling fresh and dewy in no time!
Try our Gentle Gel Cleanser which is full of anti-inflammatory and soothing botanical oils that works perfectly to restore your skin's natural balance.
Be sure to patch test any new products on an unseen area of the body before using on your face, just to be sure they suit, as levels of sensitivity vary for everyone.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow its journey from our door to yours.
What is the cost of shipping?
All domestic orders will come with complimentary shipping using Standard Australia Post. If you would like your order faster, we recommend using Express Australia Post for an additional $10.
ALL orders are eligible for free express shipping when you spend over $100! (international orders included).
How long will shipping take?
For domestic orders, Express Post will generally take 1-3 business days to be delivered, whilst Standard Post will be 3-5 business days.
